The Steel Magnolia Organization is a group of professional businesswomen in the metro Jackson, MS area interested in playing golf and networking. It was founded in 1999 and currently has 80+ members.

Annual dues are $100.

- An annual “Kick Off” party in March to begin the club’s season. Here members, sponsors and new prospects gather for a fun and informative party outlining the club’s scheduled events for the upcoming season
- Monthly and weekly golf outings and arranged tee times with other businesswomen at Caroline Golf Club and other area courses
